Helping You SUCCEed

Cost-effective, high-value mentoring services.

For Next Gen PR leaders and early-stage founders in tech-driven industries

With over 25 years providing consulting services to founder clients and 10+ years experience of mentoring aspiring PR leaders, I would like to introduce a new service, Mentoring on Tap.

Mentoring on Tap is designed to provide cost-effective, high-value mentoring services to two specific groups: current and next generation PR leaders and early-stage founders in tech-driven industry. Its formation is built on my desire to help businesses and aspiring leaders succeed and passion for driving equity and diversity in marketing and PR.

Women represent 53% of the UK’s PR industry, yet in 2025 the gender pay gap increased to 17% (PRCA 2025 Census). There is also a lack of women founders obtaining funding: “Research shows that less than 2 per cent of global venture capital goes to women-led startups.” (LSE Business Review, 6 May 2026).

Through Mentoring on Tap, I aim to use my industry knowledge and experience to help mentees succeed in achieving their career goals and ambitions in entrepreneurship.

Early-Stage or Seed Founders

For early-stage founders, there are many decisions at the start of the journey including the founding team, fundraising, marketing and operations. Mentoring-on-tap provides a focused, personal service to match your specific needs. For women who find it challenging operating in male-dominated industries, I can share the approaches that have been successful for me over 25+ years in business.

Next Gen or Aspiring Leaders in PR

Mentoring and career guidance for aspiring PR leaders from jobseekers, through to account director and above. Sessions run for one hour, with the introductory session at 40 minutes. Packages of three to six sessions are available, which offer a discounted rate. I would highly recommend that wherever possible, sessions for ADs / Heads of Comms or PR + are held in person.
